Key Features of the Summer Pilates x Strength Lean & Tone Method:
Mat Pilates Classes:
* In-Studio Mat Pilates: Join 4 weekly sessions, each 45 minutes long.
* Focus: Targeted exercises to enhance core strength, flexibility, muscle tone, and support weight loss goals.
At-Home Strength Workouts:
Body Weight Sculpting: Engage in 2 sessions per week designed to further tone and define muscles, supporting your weight loss journey. These workouts are conveniently delivered via a user-friendly fitness app, requiring no equipment.
Daily Activity Goal:
* Steps: We'll help you set and achieve daily step goals to boost metabolism, enhance calorie burn, and support your weight loss journey.
Nutritional Guidelines:
* Balanced Eating: Focus on incorporating lean proteins, whole grains, fruits, vegetables, and healthy fats into your meals. You'll receive a personalized plan to achieve this.

* Class Registration: Classes are on a first-come, first-served basis. You must register at least 24 hours in advance.
* Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 8 hours before the class to allow other members to participate. If you don’t cancel within this window, the class will count towards your total.
* Challenge Commitment: To make your goals a reality, you must commit to 6 sessions per week (whether at our studio or at home) and follow the nutrition plan with some flexibility.
