You're invited to Self-Care Fest, hosted by Blue Carrot Co! Join us for a day dedicated to holistic wellness and self-care practices. Discover rejuvenating activities, insightful workshops, and connections with like-minded individuals. Whether you seek relaxation, renewal, or new self-care techniques, Self-Care Fest has it all.

Registration Information:

Donation-based cash at event only. Spaces are limited, so be sure to reserve your spot early! Sign up for individual sessions or join us for the full day of self-care and wellness. Don't miss out on this opportunity to prioritize your well-being and invest in yourself. CLICK HERE TO SIGN-UP FOR SESSIONS. You'll be asked to set up an account (which only takes less than 2 minutes). Once your account is set up, head to the calendar and click on June 2nd. From there, you can select the sessions you'd like to attend, whether it's just one or all of them. Registration is free, but because seating is limited, please only select the sessions you're confident you can attend and please cancel if something comes up. Of course, we'd love to have you with us all day if possible!

Pilates Foundation Workshop

Join us for an hour of exploring the powerful role that our core plays in posture, digestion, exercise, and everyday movement. Learn how to access your core muscles with Pilates-based movements.

Workshop will include:

  • Education on core anatomy

  • Guided exercise and techniques to access your deep core musculature.

Lead by: Hannah Freier, PTA. Owner of SOL Movement Center

Note: Donation-based (cash only), we provide everything you will need for the workshop, just come prepare to learn and have fun. Bring comfortable workout clothes and bring grip socks (if you have them), regular socks or barefoot works too!
