Pilates Foundation Workshop
Join us for an hour of exploring the powerful role that our core plays in posture, digestion, exercise, and everyday movement. Learn how to access your core muscles with Pilates-based movements.
Workshop will include:
Education on core anatomy
Guided exercise and techniques to access your deep core musculature.
Lead by: Hannah Freier, PTA. Owner of SOL Movement Center
Note: Donation-based (cash only), we provide everything you will need for the workshop, just come prepare to learn and have fun. Bring comfortable workout clothes and bring grip socks (if you have them), regular socks or barefoot works too!
