Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is Lagree?

Lagree is inspired by Pilates principles, such as core strength, flexibility, and controlled movements, but it integrates elements of strength training and bodybuilding for a more intense, full-body workout. The method combines high-intensity, low-impact exercises with resistance and slow, deliberate movements, making it distinct from traditional Pilates. Our Lagree classes are performed on the Miniformer Pro, it combines core strength, flexibility, and controlled movements with resistance and high-intensity training to sculpt and strengthen your entire body.

How does Lagree differ from traditional Pilates?
Lagree Fitness takes the foundational principles of Pilates—like core engagement, flexibility, and controlled movements—and elevates them with resistance, bodybuilding techniques, and high-intensity, low-impact exercises.
